Feeder

• 6 feed belts 30mm width.

• Each feeder carrier can be independently adjustable laterally.

• Side feed gates fully adjustable to the width of the blank.

• Blank feeding is continuously, smooth and perfect aligned. 

• Driven independently by servo motor, can adjust blank distance with ease.

Side register section

• 2 sets of upper and lower carriers.

• Lower belts are tilt adjustable.

• Upper carrier with sets of bearings, each bearing can adjust its pressure independently.

• Guide the box to a parallel handrail that allows a perfect blank alignment.

Pre-folding section

• Left hand glue flap pre-folder up to 180°.

• Pre-folding device right hand with belt.

• Third crease line pre-folder up to 135°.

• 1st and 3rd crease openers.

Trombone

• 2 sets of upper and lower carrier with transfer belts.

• Upper and lower drive mechanism for lengthwise adjustment.

• Continuous and automatic box collection mechanism that ensures a neat transfer to the press section, guaranteeing a well aligned flow.

• Box counting module with kicker equipped on the machine, mark and separate between batches.
