Feeder section

Variable frequency motor driven system, can adjust feeding speed.
It includes feeding belts, feed knives, side alignment plates.
5 feeding belts for box transferring.
Side alignment plates are adjustable in dual directions, up&down, back&forward.
Adjustable feed knives, depending on box thickness.
Feed knife lateral adjustment is driven by motor, its very useful for job change-over between jobs with big width difference.

Counting & Stacking section

Equipped with two upper and lower transmission rubber rollers, counting photocell is installed right after rubber rollers.
Non-stop box counting system.
Push claw transfers the ready batch to next working station, meanwhile non-stop box counting system is receiving boxes and stack them to setup value.
Adjust the distance between upper and lower transmission rollers by rotating the hand wheel to accommodate different thicknesses of boxes.
Upper and lower transmission rollers are driven by feeder section variable frequency motor.
